What is Physio-Led Pilates?
Pilates combines the co-ordination of deep postural and stability muscles, breathing and arm & leg movements with postural correction, suppleness and flexibility. Evidence shows Pilates can help to reduce your likelihood of injury and is particular effective for those with lower back pain. Our classes are kept to smaller numbers and are led by a Chartered Physiotherapist who will ensure the exercises are tailored to your level of ability. Our classes are booked in advance and based on 5 or 10 week blocks. Clients will have the opportunity to book in for a pre and post block assessment to analyse the improvements.
