Beginners/improvers Class

Monday 5.45pm-6.30pm

Our Beginners/Improvers class is suitable for individuals who are returning to Pilates after a break, injury or for those not quite ready to progress to intermediate/advanced classes. Kelly will safely progress you through a 5 week block giving you easier and harder options throughout the class, so there is always opportunity to challenge yourself or do a little bit less, depending on what your body needs on that day.

 Intermediate Class

 Wednesday 6pm-7pm

Our Wednesday night Intermediate class is suitable for those who have been participating in regular Pilates classes or who have had some 1-2-1 sessions with Kelly and deemed suitable. Kelly will provide you with easier and harder options throughout the class, so there is always opportunity to challenge yourself or do a little bit less, depending on what your body needs on that day.

Stretch & Restore Class

Sundays 10.30-11am

Our Sunday Stretch & Restore class is aimed to gently guide you through a carefully designed stretching class incorporating some breath work and mindful movement. Each week has a different theme, options are given throughout for all levels. A perfect way to end a busy week and space for you to pause, breathe and reset, ready to embrace the week ahead.

Our classes are booked in advance and based on 5 or 10 week blocks. Clients will have the opportunity to book in for a pre and post block assessment to analyse the improvements. Pilates combines the co-ordination of deep postural and stability muscles, breathing and arm & leg movements with postural correction, suppleness and flexibility.
