SPORTS INJURY MASSAGE
A combination of deep tissue massage as well as known physiotherapy techniques such as trigger point release, myofascial release, active release through movement and muscle energy techniques to help manage your injury, pain and tension effectively.
Acupuncture can be used to reduce pain and inflammation levels in the body caused by injury and can be most effective when used in conjunction with other modalities.
